This part of the St Edmundsbury Borough Council website includes those details held on a computer system, relating to Planning and Building Control. The information is continually updated and is as accurate as it can be, but there may be a delay in updating information due to normal business processes, such as entering information and scanning documents.

Planning applications: Plans and other documents are available for planning applications from the 1 December 2005. Before this date, plans and other documents are not available online. The details held on the computer system date back to early 1982. Before that date there are paper records. Please do not rely on information from this site as an alternative to traditional searches, where completeness of information is essential.

Building Control: Basic information regarding Building Control is available online for applications deposited from 1992. However the computer records do not contain plans or documents.
