Community Gospel Choir make their first visit to the apex on Saturday 20 October, with an unforgettable evening of gospel greats celebrating their 30th anniversary.
Tickets are selling fast for this dynamic group, who are renowned for their funky gospel flair, swing-beat, RnB, traditional and soulful arrangements and vocal gymnastics.
From performing on stage with the likes of Madonna, James Brown, Tom Jones and Sir Elton John to singing on the pitch at the FA Cup final at Wembley Stadium, LCGC are highly sought-after throughout the world for their outstanding and exceptional vocal talents, and are even featured on the soundtrack for the Disney film The Lion King. Their concerts are full of songs and spirituals that will soothe the mind, heal the spirit, uplift the soul and cheer your heart. This concert will be no exception as they perform some of the greatest gospel songs ever conceived including 'Oh Happy Day', 'His Eye is on the Sparrow' from Sister Act, 'Hallelujah' and 'Amazing Grace'.
