The Housing team is made up of two main areas of work.
Housing Development Team
We work to develop affordable housing in the borough through partnership with local housing associations and developers, as well as work to identify the level of housing need and set priorities to meet the need in the borough. We also monitor empty homes and work to bring long term empty homes back into use.
Housing Options Team
We offer housing advice, homelessness prevention services, and manage the housing register (Home-Link) for the borough.
Further information on our services can be found via the menu on the left, or for advice on housing options and/or to access the housing register visit Home-Link.
