On 1 April 2019 Forest Heath District Council and St Edmundsbury Borough Council will be replaced by a single district council called West Suffolk Council. It will entirely replace the borough and district councils but will continue to deliver the same services while finding improved ways of supporting communities, businesses and the local economy. Over the next few weeks you may notice changes to the website, forms, letters and emails as we prepare for the creation of the new council.

In Forest Heath you can pay parking fines, invoices, Council Tax, Business rates and Housing benefit overpayments at a Post office or PayPoint. There is no service charge to do this.
In St Edmundsbury you can pay parking fines, invoices, Council Tax, Business rates and Housing benefit overpayments at a Post office or PayZone. There is no service charge to do this.
If you want to pay at a Post office or PayZone or PayPoint you will need to bring your bar coded letter or invoice.
This payment option is only available for tickets issued and paid for within the St Edmundsbury Borough. Payment by chip and pin at a pay machine in the following car parks is free:
