Will I receive a receipt if my payment has been successful?
When you have completed your payment you will be redirected to an online receipt which you can print for your records. You will also be emailed a receipt to the email address you entered.
Processing your payments
Once your payment has been completed, we will process it within two working days.
Why do I need to enter an email address?
The email address is used solely for the purpose of sending you a receipt detailing the outcome of your transaction. It is therefore important that this is entered correctly and it is your responsibility to ensure it's your current address and is in a valid format.

When you have entered your contact and payment details you will be transferred to HSBC who will take your credit card details. At no point do St Edmundsbury hold your card details.

We have tested our online payments facility with Internet Explorer 5 and above, Netscape 7 and Mozilla. St Edmundsbury Borough Council cannot guarantee they will work correctly in other browsers.
