Council Tax

Council Tax helps pay for local services like policing and rubbish collection. It applies to all domestic properties, including houses, bungalows, flats, houseboats, maisonettes and mobile homes, whether owned or rented. In some situations, you may be entitled to a discount, or even be exempt from paying the bill completely.

Our Council Tax, Housing and Council Tax benefits and Business rates services are run by Anglia Revenues Partnership (ARP) on behalf of St Edmundsbury Borough Council.

The Anglia Revenues Partnership (ARP) is currently made up of Revenues Services for Breckland Council, East Cambs District Council, Forest Heath District Council and St Edmundsbury Borough Council, who are working together to provide a quality Council Tax, Business Rates and Benefits Service for all our residents.

You can still see someone about your query in person at our Bury St Edmunds and Haverhill Offices.
